Why We’re Doing This
All proceeds from First Dibs will go directly to Washington Kids in Transition , a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting homeless and highly mobile students in our community. Washington Kids provides vital resources like emergency motel vouchers, emergency closets stocked with clothes and hygiene supplies, food assistance, and utility or rent aid to prevent families from losing housing.
By shopping locally tonight, you’re helping remove barriers for kids facing housing insecurity—so they can focus on what matters most: school, stability, and hope for tomorrow.
How It Works
Buy your wine ticket(s) in advance (or at the door, while supplies last).
Check in at Ombu Salon to receive your wine glass, tickets, wristband and list of participating shops.
Sip & shop—visit local stores, browse holiday collections, enjoy experiences, demos, and take advantage of special offers.
Support the cause—your ticket gives you that first peek, and your participation gives back to students who need us.
