With modern architecture, natural textures, cozy lounge seating, and rotating fine art on the walls, the space creates an elevated backdrop without ever feeling cold or pretentious. It’s a place where people settle in, kids feel welcome, dogs get pets, and conversations flow naturally — perfect for micro-events, rehearsal dinners, and creative off-sites.

Whether you’re planning a cozy rehearsal dinner, a team off-site, or a creative meeting, the space adapts beautifully. Guests can move between lounge areas, chat near the gallery walls, or get comfortable at tables for seated discussions or dining. The layout supports connection without feeling cramped, and the natural light gives everything that quiet PNW glow.

What’s Included

Our pricing is clear and flexible, with two-hour minimums so you can book exactly what you need.

Rates:
Weekday (Mon–Thu): $160/hour
Weekend (Fri–Sun): $195/hour
Two-hour minimum for all bookings

We believe in thoughtful touches without over complicating things.

We like to keep things easy while protecting the space for everyone who uses it.

Not Allowed:
• Smoking indoors
• Glitter or confetti (we love you, we just don’t love sweeping confetti out of corners for 6 months)

    This was a perfect space for my birthday party! The hosts were also very sweet and flexible, and it was also super nice that we were greeted when we came in and shown around. Lovely space!

Booking + Availability 〰️

Booking is simple. Choose either Weekday or Weekend Rental by clicking the book button on the right. Then choose the date you want to host your event. If the date is available times will show up at the bottom, click the time and then click “select and add another time” until you have selected the hours for the entire event.

Want more time and don’t see it available? It might be because our regular business hours are blocking the sate. Please reach out to us directly to see if we are able to accommodate more time for you and your event!

Perfect for gatherings of 8 to 100 people, Olivia’s boards are thoughtfully designed to suit your event, featuring a balanced mix of artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables, dips, sweets, and gourmet accompaniments.
